- Travel Health Insurance – a document that confirms you have obtained health insurance.

- Proof of accommodation for your entire stay in the Schengen area.
- Proof of civil status: Marriage certificate, birth certificate of children, death certificate of spouse, if applicable
- Proof of financial status:
